If you find yourself in need of a new heating, cooling or air quality system for your home and existing structure of new construction, Gary Radabaugh Heating & Air Conditioning is the company for you. An appointment can be scheduled with our skilled estimator at no cost to you for a free estimate. The estimator will meet with you at the job location where the two of you can discuss your thoughts, ideas and expectations. He will evaluate the site and make recommendations to provide you with the "right system" to meet your needs. A written proposal will be provided in a timely manner, specifying the equipment brand name and model numbers best suited for your particular situation and exactly what work will be complete if you chose to accept the proposal.

After a proposal - verbal or written - is accepted by one of your customers, we act quickly to assure timely installation. Installation scheduling varies depending on time of year and equipment availability. However with our "own company inventory" and reliable suppliers, we find meeting our customers' scheduling request not to be a problem. We stride to meet any reasonable request and take pride in a job well done.

Our experienced installation team will execute your installation to the specification of the accepted proposal, always taking appropriate care while in your home or business. On the last day of the installation, we ask the homeowner to be present so that the installers can explain the system operation to you, answer any question you may have and provide you with all the manufacture paperwork and warranty items regarding your system. If this is not possible due to the homeowner's personal schedule, the manufacture paperwork is left at the job site and the homeowner is asked to contact us at our office with any questions.
